heres experiment 107 without the computer border. 107 or "tall-tail" was crated far before stitch was even thought of, when Jumba was just bearly starting to get the dna resources that were required. 107 has dragon like features, 4 arms, 2 legs, wings, and a tail that can be any length needed. Jumba used him to deter intruders to his asteroid base of operations. He would hide somewhere, trip the victim with his tail, then tie them up with it, or pick them up and throw them long distances. When Jumba was arrested ( see stitch! the movie for details) 107 found himself alone. While he posesses the EXACT same powers as Stitch, the only weakness he Does NOT share is the weight density. 107 weighs next to nothing, yet his tail has a crushing power of a billion tons. ( when wrapped around something as a snake would a mouse.) He can tie things with it, whip victims, send them flying, and also stand on it ( much like tigger) when sitting idle. no other special powers are known save for flight. His only instinct as of yet: to destroy everything he touches, and trip marathon runners with his tail. the longest he's had it on record is 10 standard miles. It can, however, be longer if need be.
